Well, this tauren lassie's beauty is very, very… specific. Indeed, I never was fond of finding warrioresses to be almost always represented with thin physique of fashion models. Waffa Khalme is a warrior - it means that every her day is fulfilled with devastating physical overloads. She is not ninja, who dance with blades, she use heavier weapons. Therefore, she needs to be at least comparable to other warriors in physical strength. It is logical. And at least – she is taureness by origin. How do you suppose tauren to be skinny? No way, of course. Not that breed. Not slim at any body part, meanwhile not extremely fat, not iron-muscled, but thick, curvaceous and physically strong enough. But not extremely strong. Good as warrior, unfit to be “tank”-warrior. Better not to send her against too heavy opponents – she may get smashed down, as it was when huge revenant took away her right hand. She has too opened fighting style to face physically superior opponents.
Added in February 2014:
Height and weight on the picture are changed now - new height is 6'4" (193 cm), new weight is 227 lbs (103 kg). Old numbers were dictated by bad idea of putting too much humanity into taurens.
By the way, considering humanity. Waffuree now exists (and will be presented on future artworks) in two forms. As tauren - for fan art. And as one of my proprietary species - for personal works.
